Join The Vinton R3 Town Partnership for a FREE Memorial Day Kids Cookout — a community gathering to celebrate the spirit of service, gratitude, and togetherness!
Location: Vinton Farmhouse Market, LLC, 1319 Horridge St, Vinton, LA 7066⏰ Time: 10am - 2pm
We’ll be serving up free cookout food for families to enjoy, along with hands-on activities for kids that reflect the heart of Memorial Day. Children will have the chance to:

✍️ Write letters of gratitude to honor veterans and service members

💬 Share ideas for making Vinton a better place

🤝 Explore ways they can lend a helping hand in their community
This event is not just about fun — it's about connection. We’ll also have resource tables with summer camp calendars, local children’s activities, and parenting/family support services offered by the town and parish.
Whether you’re stopping by for lunch or looking to get involved, this cookout is our way of planting seeds of community pride in our youth and building a culture of gratitude for generations to come.

📅 Festival Date: Weekend before the 4th of July
📍 Location: Main Street, Vinton, Louisiana
We’re looking for local vendors, artisans, food trucks, tradesmen, and community groups to be part of one of Louisiana’s new traditions!

🎉 School groups, FFA, 4-H, sports teams, and Lil Britches Rodeo participants are invited to set up FREE of charge to raise funds or promote programs.

Option 2: Flat $150 donation to the Vinton R3 Town Partnership (501c3)
Booth Size: 10' x 10' | Set-Up: 7:00 AM | Festival Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
